Hello again, friends: As you recall I am collecting images for my album, and I find that I need images of several of the early Bank of Montreal notes:
1822 $20
1826 $2
1831 $1 "Fairman" for both Montreal AND for Quebec
1835-7 $1 "RWH" for both Montreal AND for overstamped Quebec
" $2 " for both overstamped AND engraved Quebec
1844 $1 and $3 "Montreal arms" for Montreal (I have these
for Quebec)
If any of should happen to have one of these rare notes and would be willing to let me have a high-res color image, I would very much appreciate receiving it. In return I could send you one or two images of other rare notes
