Can someone tell me what this is worth probably in VF-EF condition. With McCavour and Saunders signatures.
Serial number: 244098

This bill has an ERROR on it

The error is that you can see the bottom of another bill on the top of mine

It is my understanding that these shinplaster ($0.25) notes were cut by hand which makes the error you have described very common.

I beleive collectors will simply see this as an off centered note and will only realize book value wich is $25 in VF and $75 in EF.
