How do I determine the value of a $2 Dominion of Canada banknote, July 2, 1887?
I have glimpsed people talking about book values.
Which specific catalogues should I utilize and are any library reference?
I also have shinplasters that I would like to compare.

The catalogue that everyone is talking about is the Charlton Standard, 20th edition, (note that the 21st edition is coming out within the next month). Your note, using this catalogue, is worth from $375 to $30 000 depending on condition and variety. Any pictures would be appreciated.
