I have gotten possession of this 1897 2 dollar bill. It is in good shape but is somewhat dirty.. The corners seem nice and sharp.. How would this affect  the grade..I am guessing vf..would that be correct...thanks ...sammi

Yeah I would say a VF

Looks closer to a Fine Grade, though the note would have to be seen and felt in person to make a conclusion (depends on how limp the note is).

The back looks like a F+ but the front looks VF
