Hi Everyone

I have some paper money that my father in-law left in his estate. I was wondering how I would have the paper money valued:

here are some of the paper types

Shin plaster, 25 cent, dated January 2nd 1900 with no serial number; used not bad shaped;
another 25 cent paper, dated July 2nd, 1923 serial number 421909; A-1;used not bad shape

a dollar bill; King George V?, dominion of canada; date July 2nd, 1923; u-470655 It was give to a family member by MacKenzie King in 1928 (not signed by him, darn!)

a one dollar bill, King George VI? Jan 2, 1937 serial number 5433107 good shape

miscellous 2 dollar bills (1974) and 1 dollar bills 1974 - How would I price these?

I also have some coins to value out. What would the best why to price them?

Thanks for any information - Paul

The best start is to check out the Charlton Catalogue of paper money. Just go to your local major bookstore and pick one up.  You will find out alot of information from there.
You could perhaps post the notes in the what's it worth section, with scans to get better opinions from forum members.
