If there was to be a new print year for banknotes, it would happen around the summer or thereafter. The first $5s "Printed in 2004" happened around late-May or early-June 2004, and the first $10s "Printed in 2004" came out in July that same year. Though the first $100s "Printed in 2006" came out around May or June 2007.
As for the first J-C $10s with prefix BTW, they may most likely be a new print year, and I think it is very unlikely to be "Printed in 2009", seeing that we are currently in April and we're only 4 months into the year.
