With all of the ERC's floating around, why aren't there as many ERA, ERB's?  I've seen both at one point, but no more then a 1/2 dozen or so notes total.  The ERC's seem to be everywhere.  Is somebody finding these elsewhere in the country?
Thanks,
Christian

This may seem trivial; I was just wondering if anybody knows why the BoC is using two different prefix sequences right now for the 20's???  All the 5's are AP*, 10's BT* but yet the 20's are coming in EL* & ER*.  Wouldn't it have made sense to finish the EL* before jumping to the ER*???

The Bank of Canada often releases some prefixes well ahead of the rest of them such as this case of ERC being out well ahead of the tail end of the EL- series. The remainder will all get filled in sooner or later. It all depends on how long it takes for the supply of notes to be exhausted.

It's sort of like luggage on an airplane ...  first on..... last off.    As they print the notes they fill the vault from back to front....  then as notes are needed the vault is unloaded from front to back.    Just my theory!!!!
