Can you guys give your opinion on the Grade of this note?

I am thinking VF30-35 Max?  I see a few Folds/Creases as well as 2 Ink Spots (One front & one in back)

PCGS UNC 69  PPPPPQ !!!   ;)

It looks EF-45 or maybe AU-50 to me.

The paper is too "white" to permit an accurate grading. If you darken the exposure setting you should get a better scan.
