I have heard that before, but if the image were more clear, you would see that it is definitely her bra strap showing.

Well then, every single $1, $2 and $20 note from the multicoloured series (that means over 8.1 billion notes) shows this "bra strap". It is NOT a bra strap, as nearly any woman should be able to confirm, but merely a fold of fabric in the Queen's dress.

Sorry, but the notes you have are perfectly normal.

Well, thanks for letting me know. Any idea as to what they are worth?

Well, thanks for letting me know. Any idea as to what they are worth?

Depending on condition and serial number, they could be worth anywhere from $20 to $20,000. Assuming the ones you have are in nearly perfect condition (AU), and are the most common, a reasonable estimate would be $35-40 per note.

Again, I appreciate your help very much. How would one go about finding out if it is worth something closer to $20,000? Serial number prefix? Again, they were minted in Ottawa if that makes a difference.

Post the serial number or buy the Charlton book.

These notes are by signed Beattie/Rasminsky and are very common and would be worth about $35-$40 each in near perfect condition.
