Welcome to our forum  :)
My 'out of date' Charlton Standard says it catalogs at $25 but in the current market somewhat less than that, my last radar I got to match another note cost me $18 (including postage) from an esteemed member of this forum.

The prices are have not changed much for radars in the most recent catalogue. Usually radars 3, 4 digits don't have much added premium. $25 is about right but yes, less if you try selling it.

I guess neither of you have the latest catalogue either.  Charlton 22nd edition lists $5 Journey series 3,4-digit radar notes at $15 in Unc, and you'd be lucky to get that much for one.  The market for radars is quite depressed at this time. Only people looking for very specific numbers will pay full catalogue.
