Is it real ?

These two miscut notes shows up in an auction. Is it a real error or cut from the sheet? Thanks.

Thank you ! So it is hard to say it is fabricated or genuine error even with the prefix #?

I wouldn't trust this particular "error" seeing its a BBU prefix, BBU was one of the prefix in which sheets were issued to the public for purchase.
