Hello all,
I have a very old note with visible fold's, rough edge's and a few hole's.
It's from the State of New York, Banks of Niagara. I have looked over this note several times and am unable to find a date? I have tried the internet, but with no luck. Any help will be appreciated and the potential value as well?
