There's an errant insert range in the SNDB...

ERY 9.999-10.000   (only 1,000 notes)

As we all know from reading some excellent research in the CPMS Newsletter, CBN does not skip-number any of its reams by 1,000.  The final ream of each prefix is 9.990-10.000.  The skip interval is 223, meaning there were 223 sheets printed in this range.  Either there's an SNR range of 223 notes or the entire 10,000-note range is a sheet replacement range.  The range as it exists in the SNDB doesn't make any sense.

Could someone please post some brick data to help determine what is correct.

It looks like it was a simple matter of a typo.  The actual correct SNR range is:
ERY 9.990 - 10.000  (10,000 notes).
The correction has been applied to the SNDB, and should you enter a note in the range, the SNDB should identify it accordingly.
