I have recently received my Fathers collection and am in possession of a 1954 1 Dollar Bill ( Devil's Face ) That is the colour of a 1954 20 Dollar Bill on the front side and the colour of a 1954 5 Dollar Bill on the back side. I have had the ink verifided by a collector. I am in possession of a letter from the Bank of Canada stating the Bill was never printed. I would like to know how I go about getting this Bill into the Charlton Standard Catalogue.
