The most recent numbers available are as of December 31st 2010; they appear on page 118 of the
February 2011 Banking and Financial Statistics report.
Bear in mind that the numbers on that page indicate the
dollar value of the outstanding notes in
thousands of dollars, not the actual number of notes. So you'll have to do some multiplying and dividing to get the the numbers you want. Also bear in mind that the numbers refer to the total value of notes outstanding from the Bank's books; the number of notes in active circulation is much less (notice the ~250 million $1 and $2 notes still outstanding, for example.)
