Got my first hit from the DB last week for $20 elm 3148014 however it lists 4.275M as the low. Is it really an insert?

Today searching my first bundle I got two more hits
$5 apt 5151622   5.120M-5.280M Confirmed Sheet Rep'l Range (GPM23)
$5 apy 9999691

Do circulated (vf,f,vg) inserts or highs command any premium?

I collect banknotes depicting Tallships. And to a lesser degree, all watercrafts.

The only ELM range is a sheet range, 2.880-3.240.  Not sure what you entered.  Sometimes people input the wrong prefix.

Highs don't.  Inserts... maybe.  If your asking price is slightly above face, you'll probably get a buyer as some people just don't want to spend large sums for Unc inserts.  Of course, the more common an insert is, the less likely it will command anything in lower grades.
