Hi, i found this $20.. I think it's an error... someone can tell the value of this $20  ?           (Sorry i speak french)

Looks hand cut from a sheet.  The cuts do not appear to even be straight.  I don't believe it is a legitimate error.

To the best of my knowledge none of the Journey series in any denomination were ever released to the public...so if that is the case unlikely this is a home grown error
