I picked up a note today at the Cambridge show that is a 1991 Birds $20 and the OSD is filled in completely.  There does not appear to be any trace of the "20" that should be there.

Any comments?

Tom is guesstimating about $100-$150.

That makes me happy.  The note itself is an EVE no BPN, but it's only in EF.
