Your image certainly matches your assessed grade of VG-F. I'm willing to bet the image in the original listing did not look nearly the same.
When I saw it listed on E!!! , I did notice the folds in the note and did actually grade it at VG-F before I bid on it. It was an American seller listing this note and therefore might have graded it like some American TPG'S...
This seller I have got notes from before and one thing he doesn't do is actually list the details of the serial number in the auction description. So I was happy getting this note for $405, but even better was when he did the same for a 1937 J/A note that I managed to get for $330 which I would grade at VF+.
