Need help please, Regarding MU-1 (Brockville Debenture)

I am going to try a build a registry for the Brockville debentures Charlton Cat # MU-1.  If you have one of these Scripts, I would ask that you can send me a scan of the front and back of the note/notes you have. As well if the notes you have are in a private collection or if they are dealer stock please.

 If you can't or are not willing to send scans, could you please give me the following information off of the script....  The DATE, The Serial Number, The number of years the debenture was for and your estimate of the condition.
