Learning to use the SNDB - Did I Find a Replacement Note?

Hello all! New poster here, old collector. I discovered the SNDB the other day and decided to test it out and see if I understand it correctly. I grabbed $500 in $5 polymer notes from my local bank. After going through the bundle and matching my serial numbers with those on the SNDB one stood out.

In the SNDB I found this range:

HBV    1.377M-1.386M    Confirmed Sheet Rep'l Range (GPM28)


My note is: HBV1386550

Does that mean my note fits the range or does the range only go to the thousandth digit and anything exceeding that like mine fall out of the replacement range?

The ranges listed translate to HBV1377000 to HBV1385999.

Your note would fall outside of this range and is not a replacement.

That said, when you enter all of your notes into the SNDB, it will check each one and let you know if any are replacements.  It will also identify any special numbers such as radars or repeaters.
