Uncut sheet 1973 Canadian Onw dollar bills

The sheet is in its original tube. Would appear to be not damaged. Series start with BFL. There is a serial number on the label of the tube. The sheet of One Dollar bills is five bills across the top by eight bills from top to bottom.5X8.
Any idea of thw value being that there are a number already available on the market.

These were issued for around $55 and typically fetch around $110 for the sheet based on a few that were auctioned off recently or offered on some of the popular websites which have auctions and numerous sales.
