It looks like you did it correctly.  I just removed one that posted twice and one that did not have the correct image attached.  I'm still working on The Notes section and will post detailed instructions once it gets a little more cleaned up.

Thanks for the help. I looked at the entries and figured out the format. I'll keep entering.

I didn't think they were locked or anything.

Here are the 1954/67 varieties:

Click on the appropriate variety and then the "add" subsection.

Be careful with Beattie-Rasminsky varieties.  There are multiple varieties for "typed", "litho" and "engraved" signatures.  If you are not sure which variety you have please post a picture here before adding to the note register.

Tanx for the help that problem was solve. however I would like to know if the database only accept images with ext JPG. My 1954 & some post 1954 images are BMP. If so I can change them before i try to add them to the database ( I am getting the message illegal file extension).

BMP might not be allowed.  That's a prehistorical format and resulting file size is much larger than it needs to be.  I do think PNG images are allowed which uses non-lossy compression.  However JPG is the best choice in most cases and gives the best quality to size ratio.  Please do upload the largest and best quality images available though!

By the way if you have a lot of images and don't want to convert them one by one you can use a free tool like imagemagick/mogrify.
