Could someone please help me find the plate number on this note... I'm sure it's staring me in the face but I can't find it anywhere.

It's there, plate number 1 below Sir Wilfred Laurier on the right side of the smaller "5" in the border.  Plate 1 makes sense since it's serial number 7.  Beautiful note, I have a single and double digit in the sister (1972) multicolor $5 serial low serial consecutive run.
