I was going through some $2, $5 and $10 1954 Modified Portrait Issues and noticed some differences in signatures (Beattie Rasminsky Combination)

The GPMC indicates that the signatures were printed using letter press until 1968 and then engraved.

Is anyone aware about the prefixes where the changes happened?

The reason for my asking is that there is a distinct change in the design of the signature from the letter press type to the engraved type.

However I ran into a letter press type that looks like the engraved type. There was more to it then just changing the method of printing/engraving.

If anyone can point to information on this beyond what is listed in the GPMC it would be appreciated.

Wonder what paper money would say if it could talk?
