You may also see more BEL graded than BEP (just like the SNDB registry misleading data) but that doesn't mean that there were more BEL discovered. The former prefix is tougher & more sought after than the BEP prefix & it got a lot more collector chatter. It became the "sweetheart prefix" for collectors (of the last original Journey Tens). However, that being said, it is doubtful that the Charlton pricing panel has truly attributed how limited the release of the BEP prefixes were. I may have found 1 or 2 after searching thousands (here in GTA). I think the majority that ended up in collectors' hands were released out west.
