Was entering some notes on the SNDB and noticed this writing on the $10 Bill. I wonder what the writing perhaps mean as I can’t read it due to the light ink but my best guess is that it says J Lm Ap You?

Being red/green colour blind, to me, it states,

"John
Are you"

This is my take, it could be a conversation between a wife and a husband or one partner to another partner.
