I can tell from the video the hologram was not of a good quality. It's not as sharp and defining as the real one.
In Europe, counterfeit euros have holograms, but a lot of them don't have the 3D effect to them.
If you know your notes, you should be able to tell. It's pretty hard to duplicate such features perfectly.
Some of you have to see the counterfeit Chinese Yuans, Euros, French francs, Italian lires I have.
