I know nothing about collecting paper money but we have a $20 bill that is serial number EYR8646965.  On one side of the bill there is only a quarter of it printed on and the rest is blank, although you can see the watermark on the white part of the bill, and on the backside of the bill three quarters of it looks like a normal $20 bill and a quarter of it is another $20 going sideways.  Very hard to explain, obviously an error in printing and my husband works for a bank and when he was counting his till it was in some of the new money so he purchased it.  My question is...is it worth anything?  It happenned quite recently, should we hold onto it?  Any info. you can give us regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

The writing on the print may be in fact on the barcode, but we simply cannot tell with the photo (is what I would assume)

The note/sheet was unfolded prior to the numbering step and remained as such for cutting and banding.

It's worth absolutely nothing. I'll give you $20 -- OK, $25 to cover the gas too -- for your troubles. ::)

Alright, I'm kidding... The other guys are correct, assuming the note is in really good condition, you are looking at a note of substantial value worth well in excess of what I offered above.
