Do you think this is fair value?What would you pay for this note?

2001 $10 BEK9485623 BC-63c .C $223.81.The seller describes this as Gem Unc and wants approximately $17.00 shipping ExpressPost.That's somewhat inflated,yet if the note is offered at fair value i can live with shipping fees.

Yes, I saw that recently too. I expect it was a missing decimal error. He probably meant to list it for $399.00, but when he typed it in, he typed in $39900, forgetting the decimal and resulting in what must really hurt: the listing fee. ;D

Keeping in mind that the BEK note has "very very light ripples", I still think it's worth the money.
