My only concern is that the upgraded $5s will look much like the $10s-$100s in terms of paper quality.
This might be good for the hobby. If the paper continues to be poor than it will be harder to get decent specimens in higher grades. If a prefix is cut short (a change-over) or goes rare, or there's some new printing anomally (like the missing circle), or any kind of significant error, variation, insert, special number, than it may command a higher price than say earlier issues (relatively speaking) due to the difficulty of getting a certain rarity in decent condition. Just idle speculation.
