I got this EYV replacement today looking though some 20s. EYV is not in the book so I don't know what its worth. Anyone know?

The note is 2004 and the list says 2005?

Sorry guys. Just found out its not a replacement. The range is from 9.978M - 9.990M.

Its really hard finding these inserts. Keep in mind also that these ranges are often not fully issued.
The same happen to me two days ago with AZN, was sure i hit the insert range but i missed by only a few thousand. On a more positive note, you might want to hang onto to that $20 as you came quite close to that range. Remember that prefix is still new, and these insert ranges aren't final, im sure more EYV inserts will get discovered broadening the current range to include yours.

I think he was asking more why his is printed in 2004 when all the other ones are said to have been printed in 2005

Double check your note at the bottom. Only notes printed up till EYN were printed in 2004, EYN-EZC printed in 2005 and EZD-EZ-- 2006

Yours should be issue of 2004, Printed in 2005
If it is "printed in 2004" We are dealing with an anomaly!

Mine has issue of 2004. Am guessing all 20s printed in 2005 and 2006 have issue of 2004 on them... Just like all the other years.

That is correct. The issue year is simply the year the denomination was issued. In the case of the 20, it was issued in september 2004. Even those 20s released in 2010 will have the issue year 2004 until they change the design of the 20.
