2003 $5 missing serial numbers!!

Hey All I just found this scan on my computer I owned the note at one point it is missing a small part of the corner just thought I would post to share with everyone.

Beautiful note! Would you remember what the pre-fix was supposed to be (If notes on either side)

Where the serial numbers on the front, or was it simply missing the serial numbers?
