Whether these are for the exact notes or not, the relevant point is that notes greater than 1000 apart have the same fp/bp.
In addition to this, I found AOP 1387831 and 1386831 with DIFFERENT position numbers.
Meaning that between that, there is a definite changeover, likley at the 7000 note.
ie:
138x000 to 138x999 => 77/77
1387000 to 138x999 => 64/64
