2006 $5 Jenkins-Dodge, AOK Error with Colour Bar

I noticed an uncirculated 2006 $5 Jenkins-Dodge, AOK banknote recently sold on eBay (130120046968)
with a fold error that resulted in a wider than normal note and a full colour bar on the top of the note.

It slipped by many bidders due to the non-descript auction title.  Has anyone else seen an error of this
type on the new security upgraded $5 notes ?
