Recently acquired this note and would like to know its book value, (for curiousity, but more importantly, to report on my insurance.)

I believe this note is very common, as there are currently 26 of them listed on eBay.  I grade it a VG-F.  Its a 1935 Royal Bank $10 note, large signature, check letter (at least I think its a check letter) "C".  I'm guessing around $50?

Thanks,

Brad

I think you made a correct assumption on the price.

I would not pay anymore than $50 for a VG /Fine and would not usually auction any higher.

a Fine is about 70-80 and VF goes for around $120

Very common as far as collectors are concerned
