I have a $50 dollar swim or rotator note wth serial #8690609 could any one  tell me the value .It has a crease in the centre but other then that is in unc

$50.

Those notes are not worth anything unless in G.UNC or C.UNC, and with a centre crease, your note is UNC at BEST, most likely AU or even EF depending on the severity.

Further, the note you have is not a rotator note. The rotated version of your note is 6090698, which is not the same as 8690609.

Hi Doore, good eyes, but all 7 digits must be used... just spin the note around always to double check.

If you find any real ones, I am suer there are people here who are interested.  There is also a good write-up about them in the catalogue in the special numbers section.

Have a 20 aln1775177 in better condition any thought to it's value

Just $20.

Valuable serial numbers could be:

-million-numbers (3000000, 8000000, etc)
-radar notes that read the same forwards as they do backwards (3365633, 4300034, 8765678, 7777777, etc)
-low numbered notes (0000999 or less)

Your number doesn't fall into the above.  Interesting number for sure, but not one with an actual book value.  If you find someone to give you more than face value for it, I'd be surprised and would congratulate you!
