BTL in BTU

Just went through bundle of BTU 4532600 - 699.  Received it fresh with Bank of Canada wrapper.

BTU 4532623 was missing and replaced with BTL 2652698

All front plate and back plate numbers, including the insert, are 94 & 60 respectively.

No mismatched paper though.......:(
