US $2 bill 2003 /2003A series

Hi,

I would like to know what is the difference between the 2003 and 2003A series on the U.S. $2 bill.

Another question I have is....

Is it true for the 2003 series with both signatures of Marin and Snow, the value $$$ could go to $100 or more?  What if there is only one signature either Marin or Snow...... would that still worth $$$$?  Of course, the 2nd signature will be someone else other than Snow or Marin.  The condition of this $2 bill is UNC.  Anyone knows if this $2 will be obsolete?
