according Charlton Canadian Government paper money Bc-56e 5$ 1986 Knight-Dodge
HNB prefix number start 0000000-9639999, does any one known why the book
record is unknown .any secret about these notes?

These notes are similar to the AUG-AUN $2 banknotes where these prefixes have two signatures (Crow-Bouey and Thiessen-Crow) and the actual distribution of those signautres is unknown, which means no defined ending point for one signature and start point for the other signautre.  The Forum has a section called "Other Note Registries" which is trying to determine the changeover points for the $2 bannkotes.

I the case of the $5 banknotes, the HNB's (1986) ended early (9639999 instead of 9999999) because the newly designed Journey notes (2001) came out with the prefix HNC.  To date, there are only 2 known HNB Bonin-Thiessen notes (HNB7917551 and HNB9248784).
