Currently on eBay the same seller has this notes listed as Radar's

Item number: 150238638844

After nicely telling him that according to Charlton that these notes are note Radar’s, he turns around and reports me to eBay, as he does not believe me. Here are his responses.

"Hello
Thank you for you input, but according to Charlton 2008 20th edition pg 357 its a 3 digit radar and has a value of $75 for UNC
Cheers
P.S...Radar notes go up to 4 #'s"

"You need a life or start taking your meds,,,oh by the way the next message you send me goes to the security division-already reported you
Cheers - stacks328"

I would ask that you look at the items, and if you feel that they are misrepresented as I do, report them to eBay as violations of our Listing Policies with Misleading Titles.

Sellers like this have no clue what they are buying and when they find out they got screwed, try and screw someone else, and report me to eBay as Harassment. I say take this guy down for his ignorance.

Wow these people really exist. Technically, this calls for action by reporting a misrepresented item. Justice must prevail!  >:(

hey Elwoodbluesca

if we all complain, does that make a difference?

You always have been a watchful eye for possible crooks

keep up the good work

maybe what really ticked him off was he was 1 number away from a solid.

I am really hoping that more people who eport this, the faster eBay looks at this issue.

Just click on the links, and scroll to the bottom of the listing where you can report this eBayer.

of course the seller wants to mislead others...but why ebay still allow them to do so after so many complaints?.....whose fault is that?
