Hey all! I have a note from Paraguay, "un guarani", 1952, with the "palacio legislativo" on the back. Serial number is A15284888. THe thing I'm concerned about is a red, white, and blue piece of ribbon stapled to the bill in the top left corner: is this significant? The guy I bought it from (I paid a Canadian dollar) labelled it as a "minting proof bill with color-bar"..... can anyone help me with this things value, because I have no idea, LOL! Thanks a ton! Please e-mail responses to me at jesus_freak_here@hotmail.com, as I will probably forget to come back and check the forum, LOL!
Thanks again, all
