Except "Gatewestcoins" Do you have another store where we can order Medium, Large  Size holder and Rigid currency page for binder (3 rings)

Try Colonial Acres Coins, I'm sure they have some.  I've had no issues with this company.

I was very happy with the medium-sized note holders I purchased from J&M this Spring.  The packaging said "Lighthouse" and they appeared superior to what then was available at Gatewest.

You could try this site as well. We had a member advertise these holders, there supose to be the good kind
