A customer of mine gave me cash to pick up materials for a job...
As usual I  did a quick scan of the notes ...
Hey what is this twenty.... I don't remember the prefix WSW
Than it was the fibres hanging out from the paper tear..
Than the gold foil didn't turn green...
I told him he had  a fake ..he didn't want it ..so
I kept it as a souvenir as to what a bad note looks like
It would be interesting to know if  WSW is some crooks initials

You might want to ckeck yhat note with a black light, or something, because sometimes notes make it into cir. that should have not, Journey
JHS and did see a birds EOX $ 20, EO was an early bird $ 5 prefix. ???
