I recently came across a canadian $20.00 bill in which the pupils on the Queens eyes are missing. It was checked at the bank and has not been tampered with. Where could I find out the value of this bill? The serial # begins with AZM. Thanks for any help!  If I can I will try to scan and send the pictures if you need to know more. The bill is a 2004.

It would be nice if you could post a close up scan of the Queens face and one complete scan of both sides of the note in high rez
There are normally two parts to the iris the dark green half moon shape and the highlight.. if that is the only part of the note that is mis-printed it would be highly unusual..if it is the pupil  that is all white or not printed that would be interesting to see... bleaching and or scraping can be used by some to alter notes...if other  parts of the note are poorly  printed it may lend credence to a genuine misprint...but  we will not know until a scan is provided

The smaller the edition ... the better the art
