I have a 20 bill with the front image ghosted to the back (mirrored). Queens face very
evident.  1991 series

Your note would not be considered a ghost note; it looks to be of the offset printing variety.

Here is a $2 note that I have seen recently very similar to the $20 pictured. I have seen the $2 note in person, and I question the authenticity of this being a true 100% error note from the Band of Canada, and not a homemade manufactured error on a home computer printer or something of the sort.

The $2 note overprint had a linen look to it, and the lines in the picture, wording and signature were not smooth, very jagged like a box pattern.

Just my thoughts, as you need to see the note in person to make a call.

Cheers

The 20 is very similar to the 2 bill.  I've had it for probably 15 years. i don't think it'ss been doctored.
Having a hard time uploading image due to size limitations. I'll try again.

I thought the same thing about the $20 when I first looked at it.

I had an offset $5 from 1986 that was 100% offset and it didn't have this linen look.
