Just wondering some opinions.

I am thinking that the 1954 Modified Series prices for Radars (3,4 Digits) seems quite low in charlton.
I have managed to find 2 $2 1954 Radars in over 1 year of searching.  One is EF and the other is a VF.  I definetly had to pay more than book for them to get them.

Just me or does $25 Seems a TAD low for a UNC 3-4 Digit 1954 $2 Radar?   I wouldn't sell it for that price.

Heck I would probably pay $100 for a UNC+ 3 Digit Radar 1954 $2 note....

I could see if you saw Hordes of Radars but they seem pretty elusive to me.  Even the multicolor Radars you don't see much.

The only ones you see commonly are Birds (somewhat) and Journeys of course.

Any thoughts?

P.S. If anyone has a 3-4 Digit 1954 $2 Modified to sell (for $25)  I am looking to buy! :P

About 4 or 5 years ago before I quit buying @ e???, I can recall I pay $40 to buy a $2 four digits radars at GEM UNC (at this time no GEM UNC called, it is using today's grading term)

Then about 2 years ago, I pay over $130 to buy a $5 3 digits radar note privately @ C UNC

Not telling it is difficult to find, but it is not common to surface and always need to pay a premium (by my experience)

I think that Charlton may be a bit undervalued as well - I have a $20 modified 3 digit radar that I am very happy to have, ME1277721 in VF. Paid over book for it two years ago.

not a Mod............but I was very lucky on Ebay this past summer.

I won a VF Devil Face $10 - 3 digit radar. Winning bid  $25.00 US at the time Cdn was at par.
I couldn't believe no one else bid it up ( I had a $200. reserve bid on it since I wouldn't be online at closing)

I was amazed, betcha I checked the catalog a hundred times to be sure I was seeing what  I was seeing

I've magnified the image of the RPRA (Radar-Prefix Radar Asterisk) note, and it's an Original UNC-60 too ..... :o
