Only because you mentioned $10s... Since 1991, the years with the fewest $10s in circulation were 2000 and 2003. However, since 2003, the number of $10s in circulation has been steadily increasing such that there are now more $10s in circulation today than at any time since 1992.
Also, did anyone notice that Dick Dunn of the Canadian Paper Money Society was mentioned several times in the details panels of this interactive chart?
