Hello Forum, I have a few questions about inserts. I was looking at the hi low lists and wondered what the difference (if any) is between sheet replacements and single note replacements. Also I was speculating if it was possible to get sheet replacements in sequence, and would this add a premium above non sequential inserts. If so, what would the approximate value be?
