Up until today, there were no AAM $5 notes reported in the SNDB. I found one in a pile of $5s that I entered this evening. Slowly but surely we're filling in the gaps in this area. This note is printed in 2009 as expected. The note is going back to the bank first thing in the morning.

Here's a scan of my note:

The slash over the central bar indicates that I have entered this note into the SNDB already. It is not a printing error.

If you're the first person to find a note of a particular prefix, I welcome you to post your find in the forums to announce that the prefix is now out.

We did, I miss it. BUT!

If a post was made to announce new prefixes, I'd be happy.

Does the SNDB indicate New Prefix when entering?

Does the SNDB indicate New Prefix when entering?

Yes, it will say that you have a new high number and will show just the prefix as the old high. It doesn't specifically say that it's a new prefix, but it does give you a big blue string that should catch your attention when you're checking the results.
